Megan Finn is a QDRO Specialist with over a decade of experience in the area of QDROs and Pension Valuations. She entered this niche field after a previous career in healthcare and finds satisfaction in the nuanced, problem-solving aspects of her work. Her expertise regarding the division of retirement assets helps her clients avoid costly missteps related to the equitable distribution of some of a couple’s most valuable assets. As president of Lexington Pension Consultants, Inc., she has drafted thousands of QDROs, provided consulting services related to the equitable distribution of retirement assets, and counseled hundreds of clients regarding the plan-specific provisions that should be contemplated when preparing a Martial Settlement Agreement. She has also testified as an expert witness on complicated matters related to the division of retirement assets. Megan prides herself in cultivating lasting relationships with her clients and approaching every matrimonial matter with consideration and integrity. When Megan is not drafting QDROs, she is enjoying time with her family – hiking, traveling, and finding adventures. Although a reluctant runner, Megan is also president of her town’s running club.
Following his retirement from a 20-year career as a First Responder, Bill established Lexington Pension in 1983, where he currently serves as the firm’s principal pension consultant. Throughout his career, Bill has amassed extensive expertise, having conducted more than 30,000 pension valuation calculations.
Bill’s reputation as a leading expert in pension appraisals has been recognized by the court, as he has been appointed as an expert witness in well over 10,000 cases across various jurisdictions.
Bill’s expertise extends beyond the courtroom. He actively shares his knowledge and insights with legal professionals and peers. He has delivered numerous presentations before bar associations, sharing his knowledge on topics such as the present value of pensions and the intricacies of distributing benefits through Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. His familiarity with the complexities involved in preparing Domestic Relations Orders under ERISA, as well as federal, state, and local governmental orders, makes him an invaluable resource in the field.
When Bill isn’t immersed in his professional endeavors, he is an avid golfer and motorcycle enthusiast. As a private pilot with over 25 years of experience, Bill also uses his free time to indulge in his passion for flying.
